You will play a lead role in the development of new business opportunities and large bids by helping Lumi Space grow by building our customer base, and selling products and services B2B. This role will involve:
Customer discovery to understand user needs with support from our technical experts.
Managing end-to-end B2B sales pipeline and relationships.
Assisting the production of marketing materials.
Collaborating with technical staff to ensure product market fit and meeting customer needs.
Assisting and possibly leading bid and grant proposal writing.
Conference travel.
Person Specification
Essential
3+ years professional experience in business development, sales and/or technical bid writing.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Desirable
Professional experience in the space industry.
Knowledge of space situational awareness data products.
Experience selling space hardware.
Experience implementing sales processes such as CRM, quotes, invoicing etc.
